I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's mix of pros and cons. The rooms, although run down, were surprisingly comfortable with a good view of the city and mountains. However, they were in need of a good cleaning. The service was satisfactory, but there was room for improvement. The location was great with plenty of nearby dining options. The dining experience was pricey and disorganized, but the marmalade was delicious. Overall, the facilities were decent but could use some attention.
